Measure around your chest below the armpits.
Leave a space of two finger widths between the
tape measure and your body. Use this figure
to determine your size using the above size
charts. PLEASE NOTE: If you find yourself between
sizes on the chart go to the larger size.

Bend your elbow, and measure from the side of
your neck to the elbow and down to the base
of the thumb. If this figure is larger than
the corresponding figure on the "regular
size" charts choose a size from the "long
size" charts.
